SEO Specialist (B2B - IT Software)

1. Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis on the company’s products/services, customer behavior, and competitors to develop a comprehensive SEO strategy by month, quarter, and year.

- Perform keyword research and analysis tailored to different target markets; build effective keyword sets for each service group.

- Collaborate with the content team to guide and plan SEO-optimized content for the website across multiple markets.

- Work closely with the technical team to optimize on-page elements (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal linking, etc.) and propose improvements to technical SEO (crawlability, loading speed, schema markup, etc.).

- Execute and optimize off-page SEO tactics: build backlinks, guest posts, social bookmarking, submit business profiles, etc.

- Set up, monitor, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

- Implement Entity SEO, optimize brand profiles, and create structured connections between content across external platforms.

- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and propose relevant improvements.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

 

2. Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar role. Experience in SaaS, B2B, or IT industries is a strong plus.

- At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience for global markets (e.g., English-speaking, Japanese, or Korean markets).

- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Google Sheets, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical SEO reports.

- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.

- Preference will be given to candidates with SEO experience in tech companies, software development, B2B, SaaS, or IT sectors

3.3. Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: Up to 20.000.000 VND + Commissions 

- Bonuses: 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses tied to the company‘s business performance, individual capacity, etc
